FRASER VALLEY DINING

Fraser Valley Distilling

Barry and Debbie Young have been visiting the valley for decades before retiring to Fraser in 2011. They have always wanted the whole family out here working together and came out of retirement to make it happen! Not only are they the patriarch and matriarch of the business, but they are our main distillers. If you see them during your visit to Fraser Valley Distilling, ask for a tour! Outside of the distillery you can see them hiking, biking or cross country skiing with their dog Scruffy!

Tabernash Tavern

Tabernash Tavern Restaurant & Wine Bar offers fine-dining dishes in a casual mountain setting. There is always something new to try from our rotating seasonal menu. It features inspired creations from Chef Alberto Sapien —including a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes.

They offer craft beers from around the world, handcrafted cocktails, and wines by the glass from our Wine Spectator award-winning wine list.

Elevation Pizza

Ranked #1 Pizza in Colorado Ski Town by ski.curbed.com. At Elevation Pizza we believe in supporting our community. Every year, we partner with local non-profit organizations and local businesses to support those who make Grand County a better place to live. When you buy a pie from Elevation Pizza, know that your money is supporting something a little bigger.

The Birdie Lounge

We have four Uneekor EyeXO Simulators with 16 foot 4K screens. We suggest two-four players per bay for optimal play. Average play time is one hour per person for 18 holes. Our bays can accommodate up to six players. You can hit balls at the driving range, play skill based mini games (similar to Top Golf) or enjoy one of 700 golf courses. Bring your own clubs or use our complimentary set of clubs. Enjoy a full bar, paninis and snacks while you play. All ages and levels are welcome!

Fuego Azteca

Azteca offers authentic Mexican dishes served fresh everyday.

Simple Coffee Co.

Located in Granby and Fraser, Simple Coffee Co.’s mission is to serve the best quality coffee as sustainably as possible.

FRASER VALLEY BREWERIES

Camber Brewing

Our beer is the top-ranked in the county on Untappd and we boast a 4.8 star rating with over 100 reviews on Google. We also recently won our 3rd straight People’s Choice Award for Grand County’s Oktoberfest celebration, also in its 3rd year.

Our taproom may be small, but we love conversation and love to meet new people even more! And if that’s not your thing, we got some awesome patio space complete with fire pits year-round to chill by yourself or your friends/family. So stop on by and grab a pint or three!

Fraser River Beer Co

Our place is a quaint local brewery with bold beer located in the heart of the Rockies in Fraser, CO. Our beer list always has our house favorites along with a few of our rotating seasonal beers. We have up to 11 beers on tap.

Beer not your thing? Check out our Bandwagon hard seltzer. Not into alcohol? Try our fresh brewed kombucha or home made root beer on tap.

Vicious Cycle

The name Vicious Cycle Brewing Company is referring to the “vicious cycle of life” where everything is the same and life has become routine and boring. We, Nathan Watt and Rebecca Bierden found ourselves in that vicious cycle in 2014 and decided to make a change. We quit our jobs, sold all of our possessions, and bought two one-way tickets to Europe. We traveled the world for 16 months visiting 28 countries and 6 continents. On that trip we started planning for what life would be like once we returned to the states. We knew we could not go back to our same careers so we decided to move to the mountains and open a brewery.

Big Trout Brewing

A locally owned and operated brewpub, Big Trout Brewing offers a wide selection of craft beers, tasty bites and a comfortable environment. We are located at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park next to the Winter Park Transit Center on the bottom level of the parking garage overlooking the courtyard. Enjoy some drinks inside our spacious open brewery or sit outside on our patio and take in the fresh air and warm sunshine.

Hideaway Park Brewery

Hideaway Park Brewery was started in 2014 to fill the niche of a small gathering place for friends and acquaintances. In an attempt to garnish the local history, the brewery is named after the original settlement of the area: Hideaway Park. Stop in and have a pint! Come alone or bring your friends, there's sure to be someone to bullshit with over a pint.
